Questions guests ask the desk, answered short
Grouped the way a night runs: before you book, the hotel, discretion, money, timing. Rates and airports have fuller pages of their own. The rest is here.
Every question, one page

No. There are no accounts, no sign-up forms and no mailing lists anywhere on this site. A single WhatsApp or Telegram message starts a booking, and that one chat is the entire record of it. When the evening is over, you can delete it on your side.
Yes. Booking days or weeks ahead is welcome, and it is the sensible route for dinners, overnights and anything at an airport hotel. The date is held from the moment your deposit arrives, and the companion keeps that slot clear for you. Popular evenings, Fridays and Saturdays especially, fill first.
The desk tells you straight away and offers the nearest time she can do, or two women with a similar style from the line-up. Nobody is ever swapped in without you agreeing first, and you are always free to wait for her.
Yes. Guests must be 18 or over, exactly like every companion on the list. Where there is any doubt about age, the desk turns the booking down, and it does not owe anyone a reason.
Send the new number as soon as you have it. Upgrades and room moves happen constantly in big hotels. She will not go up until the updated number has been confirmed in the chat, so nobody knocks on the wrong door at midnight.
Yes. Outcall covers apartments and residences as well as hotels, in town and further out. Instead of a room number, the desk verifies the address before she travels. Everything else, from the deposit to the timings, works exactly as it does for a hotel.
No. A handbag, perhaps a coat over one arm. Nothing that looks out of place in a hotel lobby at 23:00 or at 02:00. She dresses for the building you name, so tell the desk whether it is a formal hotel or a relaxed one.
Yes, and it helps. Say black tie, business dinner, smart bar or relaxed room, and she dresses to suit the setting. For a restaurant, add its name and she will match the room without being told twice.
Only inside the chat you started. It is not copied into a list, not used for marketing and never shared or sold. Clear the chat on your phone at any point, and the desk deletes its side on request. The privacy notice sets out the detail.
No. There are no offers, broadcasts or follow-up messages. The desk only writes back inside a conversation you opened, and only about the booking in it. Silence after the evening is deliberate, and it is part of the service.
Her time and her company for the hours booked. Fees are for time and companionship only, full stop. Nothing beyond that is offered, implied or sold, on this site or in the chat, and asking for anything else can bring the booking to an end.
No. The figure on the rates board is the whole price, and nothing on top is expected. Gifts are never required. The deposit and the balance are the only two payments in any booking. If you want to say thank you, booking her again says it best.
Transfers go to the account details given inside your booking chat and appear under a discreet descriptor. Those details are never sent anywhere else. If a different account is suggested by anyone, anywhere, do not pay it. Compare the details with the ones in your chat before sending a penny.
Yes. Cancel 3 or more hours ahead and it comes back, minus the travel portion of any overnight, event or travel deposit, which is never refunded. Leave it later than 2 hours before and the deposit goes towards the 50 percent charge.
Yes. It runs 24 hours a day, and a message sent at 04:00 is read and answered the same way as one sent at 16:00, usually within 15 minutes. Empty roads in the small hours often make arrivals quicker, not slower.
Every profile shows her status: available, or away with the date she is back. For an exact hour, message the desk. Nobody is shown as available when she is not, and away means away.
Mention it with a little of the booking still left. If her evening allows, the booking steps up to the next length on the rates board and you settle the difference the same way as the balance. If she has another commitment, the desk says so plainly.
Open the West End or City of London page. Each lists hotels the desk knows well, the nearest stations and a realistic arrival window. Then pick a name, fill in the script and send it. Staying somewhere else, Knightsbridge or Canary Wharf for instance? Just name the hotel.
